I can, if I have any free time. I used to do graphic design and websites as a side job. Actually, I did a t-shirt design fairly similar to this.

Brilliant! I cant really do much with it, I have PS 3 ad its poor compared to the newer ones, so please tosh, make a nice banner and then I can start to update the site

The ribbon looks good. But I don't think you need to go so detailed as to even shade the parts. If you can just trace the outline in black, that would be wonderful in itself.

Well, you can get away with just tracing the rest of the crest design but the ribbon itself needs some sort of shading to actually look the way it's supposed to.

Well, if my download ever leaves the 14% mark (seed damn you!), I was thinking of getting rid of the crown and the feathers underneath the crest. Trace the outline to make it look 2D instead of 3D. Next, blow up an outline of a Dead World or similar cool looking artifact, and place the crest on top of it. Does that make sense?
