Have they nerfed wands?

I have been out for a while 2 weeks and wondered if they have nerfed wands as they dont crit atall anymore with 51%! and do almost half the damage they used to? even got the NS6 wand and that does rubbish damage! even with over 500 int!

Also is there any skill thats good for adruid that dosent require a dw(shakes) and isnt GAYYYYYYZE as i hate this skill! starting to feel like druids havent got much going for them atall now!
