Spell Break vs. Talisman of Spell Shrouding?

How high of a resistance loadout do you need before spell break becomes more efficient than using spell shrouding? Right now the best I can get in terms of resistance is 43%, and I've been using spell shroud mostly out of habit, although even that doesn't seem to be cutting it a lot of the time. Should I switch over to spell break?
